Guided Visualisation: Beach

Is anyone else in desperate need of a holiday? 🌴🌞🌊

Right now all I can think about is lying on a secluded beach somewhere, listening to the ocean, feeling the sun on my face!

It might not be possible to actually do this at the moment, but visualisation has been shown to have the same effect on the brain as the actual action itself. Find somewhere comfortable, perhaps a favourite restorative posture or a comfortable seated or lying position, and spend some time on your perfect beach!
