Chair Yoga

A gentle practice where we move through seated and standing (optional) postures; taking time to connect with our breath and body using the support of a chair. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.

Thursday Night Chill
Where: Bloom Studio (Cheltenham, UK)
When: Thursdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Slow gentle movement through floor based and standing postures, before settling into stillness with restorative postures. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.

Friday Night Chill

When: Fridays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

End the week with a nourishing, restorative practice; moving through a gentle seated flow before settling into stillness with floor-based restorative postures. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.

Gentle Yoga

When: Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am
