Chair Yoga

A gentle practice where we move through seated and standing (optional) postures; taking time to connect with our breath and body using the support of a chair. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.


Yoga Chill

Where: Zoom

When: Wednesdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Slow gentle movement through floor based and standing postures, before settling into stillness with restorative postures. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.


Restorative Chill

Where: Zoom via Rosieglo Yoga

When: Fridays 7:15pm – 8:15pm

End the week with a nourishing, restorative practice; moving through a gentle seated flow before settling into stillness with floor-based restorative postures. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.⁠
