Details of my weekly classes are below. If you’re new to yoga and aren’t sure what to expect, please take a look at the FAQs page or feel free to contact me.

Pregnancy & Post-Natal Yoga

Where: Bloom Studio (Cheltenham, UK)

When: Mondays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

https://www.bloom-cheltenham.co.uk/book-online

This class is a nourishing practice giving you a chance to connect with your body and find movements which feel good for you. No experience of yoga is necessary! Classes are gender neutral and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. People with birthing bodies are welcome to join at any stage in their journey. Discover postures and movements to help during labour, explore pelvic floor exercises which focus on both strength and relaxation, and have a space to move where the focus is on healing rather than “bouncing back”.

Chair Yoga

Where: Rosieglo Yoga (Cheltenham, UK)

When: Wednesdays 11:00am – 11:45am

https://www.momoyoga.com/rosieglo

In this 45 minute practice, we’ll focus on combining breath and movement. We’ll start with some warm ups, move into a bit of a flow with postures and then end in a rest posture. The entire practice will all be possible from a chair, but there will be sections where you have the option of standing if you’d like to. This practice is suitable for absolute beginners and people with a regular practice who are looking to try something different!

Yoga Chill

Where: Bloom Studio (Cheltenham, UK)

When: Thursdays 7:15pm – 8:15pm

https://www.bloom-cheltenham.co.uk/book-online

Slow gentle movement through some floor based and standing postures, before settling into stillness with restorative postures. Holding longer restorative postures gives you a chance to tune inwards and slow down. This class is the perfect way to find some inner calm and reduce stress and tension in the mind and body. Suitable for complete beginners and people with a regular practice.

Friday Night Chill

Where: Rosieglo Yoga (Cheltenham, UK)

When: Fridays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

https://www.momoyoga.com/rosieglo

End the week with this nourishing Friday night class which will guide you through a slow, gentle flow before settling into stillness with restorative postures. Restorative postures will be held for 3-5 minutes allowing us the space to rest. We’ll use blankets and cushions to make ourselves as comfortable as possible. The class will end with a guided relaxation or meditation. Absolutely suitable for all levels.

Gentle Yoga

Where: Bloom Studio (Cheltenham, UK)

When: Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am

https://www.bloom-cheltenham.co.uk/book-online

Join me for a gentle yoga practice which is all about finding what works for your body. This class is a great way to build awareness and grow your yoga practice in a welcoming space. Lots of options are given during postures so you can explore variations and what feels good for your body in that moment. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to people with a regular practice.

LGBTQ+ Yoga

Where: TBC

When: Currently paused for summer – returning September 2021.

https://bookwhen.com/accessibleyogawithsarah

A Gloucestershire based yoga class exclusively for the LGBTQ+ Community. In this 1-hour practice we’ll move through a variety of postures – a combination of standing postures, seated postures (on the floor) and postures lying on our backs, stomach and sides. To get the most out of this practice, it will help if you are comfortable moving from standing postures to floor based postures (we do this slowly). No experience of yoga is necessary so don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before! I’ll be there as a guide and everything offered will be optional – if at any point something doesn’t feel good, you’re welcome to rest and take a break.
