Chair Yoga

Where: Rosieglo Yoga (Cheltenham, UK) & Zoom

When: Wednesdays 11:00am – 11:45am

A gentle practice where we move through seated and standing (optional) postures; taking time to connect with our breath and body using the support of a chair. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.


Thursday Night Chill

Where: Bloom Studio (Cheltenham, UK) & Zoom

When: Thursdays 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Slow gentle movement through floor based and standing postures, before settling into stillness with restorative postures. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.

Pregnancy Yoga

Where: Rosieglo Yoga (Cheltenham, UK) & Zoom

When: Fridays 5:45pm – 6:45pm

A nourishing, gentle practice which offers you space to maintain your strength & mobility, but also take time to relax and have an hour completely for yourself. Classes are LGBTQIA+ inclusive and suitable for complete beginners.

Friday Night Chill

When: Fridays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

End the week with a nourishing, restorative practice; moving through a gentle seated flow before settling into stillness with floor-based restorative postures. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.⁠

Gentle Yoga

When: Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am

A gentle yoga practice moving through floor based and standing postures; spend time finding what works for your body and exploring your practice in a welcoming space. This practice is suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice.

Wake Up & Flow

Where: Online via Zoom

When: Mondays & Fridays 7:45am – 8:30am

Lunchtime Flow

Where: Online via Zoom

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:05pm – 12:50pm
