Body Positive Yoga – A 4 Week Course

A 4-week course designed for people in bigger bodies to explore yoga asana (postures) and find a practice which feels good for them. If you’ve ever thought that you don’t have a “yoga body”, or you’ve tried yoga, but the postures didn’t seem to fit your body, then maybe this course is for you.

The course starts on Saturday, 21st March 2020, between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Booking is needed, all details can be found on the Cheltenham Pilates and Yoga Studio website below:
